A Warm Welcome to Families, Couples, and Individuals
Hi, I’m Julie. I’m here to support you through life’s challenges with empathy, understanding, and a personal approach. Whether you're navigating family dynamics, parenting a neurodiverse child, or facing personal struggles, I offer a safe, compassionate space to explore your emotions and find a way forward.

A Little About Me
When I’m not supporting families, you’ll likely find me out running with friends or baking cakes for my loved ones. I treasure time with my husband, two grown-up children, and friends, and I enjoy home interior design and cosy evenings watching crime dramas. My beloved Maine Coon cat, Oscar, adds plenty of personality to the mix with his quirky charm.
